In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely by our third-party payment providers.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location within Australia. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost in transit please contact us at info@bcithermal.com and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for full details on our returns process. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on thermal pads that have been opened, cut, or modified. Refunds are available for damaged, faulty or lost in transit items. Our Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
7. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.
