You have to be thankful that amazon.com.au is not the only way to sell your items in Australia.
Today i received the latest Bull Shit from Amazon.com.au.
We received a report from a rights owner that you are listing counterfeit products. Sellers on Amazon.com.au are not allowed to create listings or detail pages for counterfeit goods.
We removed the content listed at the end of this email. We may let you list this product again if we receive a retraction from the rights owner. Their contact information can be found below.
Let us keep in mind how Amazon works. One person creates a listing with a product and in order to avoid duplicate listing of the same product, other sellers with that product will add there listing to the first product.
Ultimately, what happens is the original lister of the product makes a complaint to amazon.com.au that the other persons product is counterfeit, then amazon.com.au with no warning send you the message above.
Amazon.com.au will make no attempt to contact you as the other seller or investigate the situation. The simply put your account in warning status and ask you to jump through hoops to have it relisted.
If amazon.com.au did an research they would realize that
I certainly hope that this all ends up in a court someday for there anti-competitive actions as this is not the first time this has happened.
I am sure it will happen again and again as it only appears to happen with one person is doing better than others.
